Payment Terms
Review our complete terms of purchase prior to placing your order.                                                             We do not Refund or offer money back. Orders are shipped Pre-Paid with confirmed payment only.      All quotes are FOB Atlanta, GA. or Orlando, FL.                                                                                         Payment Terms Retail: All Retail orders require payment terms as follows. We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Bank Wire or Cash. (Make Checks Payable to Ecotek America, LLC. Or 
Kool Towel® / Note: your Credit Card Statement will show Ecotek America, LLC. Or Kool Towel®, Orlando, FL.)

Payment Terms Wholesale: We Accept: E-Checks, Company Check, Bank Wire, Money Order or Cash.

Wholesale Minimum Purchase $135.00 per order.

Wholesale Order Handling/Processing Fee $5.00 per order.

Processing Fee Per Pallet $15.00 (Each Pallet).

Valid Business License required for wholesale purchase.                                                                            Florida businesses require valid State of Florida Re-Sellers Permit made out to Ecotek America, LLC. Industry standards allow a 5% defect ratio on all high-tech hyper-evaporative materials. Merchandise may NOT be returned without prior authorization. Manufacture defective Items returned after 15 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We will only exchange the product if it is a factory defect, we will determine this at our discretion.

 

Ecotek America, LLC. DBA, “Kool Towel®” is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard. Kool Towel ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all replacements for all non-expedited replacements. P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA Process. Kool Towel’s sole liability and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question. Customer bears the cost of sending the defective product(s) to Kool Towel plus any expedited fees, and the Customer bears the cost of shipping the replacement product back. Kool Towel does not offer Refunds, Credits or Upgrades. Canadian customers are responsible for custom charges including, but not limited to, brokerage, taxes, duties and other fees. Replacements are processed upon product availability. Kool Towel shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost product(s). If a suitable replacement is not available within 30 days from the receipt of your returned product, Kool Towel will issue credit note. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges. Warranty is available only to the original purchaser. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issues date. Kool Towel must receive product within this time period. Any product received later than 15 days from date of RMA issue, will be returned to sender. Kool Towel is not responsible for return freight charges resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of KoolTowel.net products or services) shall be in the State or Federal courts located in Orange County, Central Florida. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of KoolTowel.net products) must be commenced within Ninety (90) days after the claim or cause of action arises. KoolTowel.net's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. KoolTowel.net may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at anytime without notice to you.

Participation Disclaimer

KoolTowel.net does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, KoolTowel.net is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
The following shipping practices will be followed:

  • All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested.
  • All orders shipped will include insurance.
  • Shipping costs include the costs for freight, insurance and weight. These costs are based on current UPS rates.
  • We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3day Select, UPS 2day Air, UPS 2day Air A.M., UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next day Air A.M., UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery (not available in all areas).
  • Please allow 7 to 14 days for us to process your orders during high season.
  • Canadian customers are responsible for custom charges including, but not limited to, brokerage, taxes, duties and other fees.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the respective shipping company. Kool Towel® is not able to address any such claims.

Returns:
The following terms & conditions must be adhered to in order to successfully complete a return:

  • All returns require an RMA number in order to be processed. Any returns received without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
  • An RMA number will be issued by email to support@kooltowel.net. Please include your order number in the request.
